Overview
“Personal Command Center” is operated by Daryl Rochette. It is a private dashboard intended for the account owner’s personal use. This policy explains how the app accesses, uses, stores, and shares data when the account owner connects a Google account.

Data the app accesses
After the account owner gives permission through Google OAuth, Personal Command Center may access Gmail messages, threads, metadata, labels, drafts, and attachments only when the account owner authorizes that access and requests a related feature.
Attachment metadata may be accessed to identify or organize an attachment. Attachment content is handled only when the account owner explicitly selects it or requests a feature that requires it.
The app may also retain OAuth authorization information and basic connection settings needed to maintain the authorized account connection. It does not receive or store the account owner’s Google password.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide features requested by the account owner, including:
- Searching and summarizing email.
- Organizing messages, threads, and labels.
- Preparing drafts.
- Performing email-management actions that the account owner has approved.
- Providing connected personal productivity workflows.
Data sharing
Personal Command Center does not sell Google user data, use Gmail data for advertising, or share Gmail data with unrelated third parties.
Authorized service providers, including Composio, may process Google user data only as necessary to provide requested functionality, maintain the authorized connection, secure the service, or support its operation. They are not permitted to use that data for unrelated purposes.
Data retention and security
Personal Command Center stores only the minimum data needed to provide requested functionality and operate the authorized connection. Data is retained only for as long as it is needed for those purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect stored and processed data. No system can guarantee absolute security.
The account owner can revoke OAuth access at any time in Google Account security settings. The account owner may also request deletion of stored application data by contacting mscdaryl@gmail.com.
Google API Services User Data Policy
Personal Command Center’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app, its data practices, or applicable requirements. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when the policy changes. Material changes affecting Google user data will be disclosed before the data is used for a new purpose.
